the staff WERE friendly and helpful. i found the two-bedroom apartment spacious. It included everything my family needed. The free shuttle bus to town provided a nice bonus . The driver was friendly and always on time. We used it multiple times a day.

i wished there was a bigger playground. My little ones love swings and slides. This absence somewhat limited their outdoor play options. the available area felt smaller than expected, considering the resort size.

I found some aspects to be Quite SUBSTANDARD. The apartment could use some upkeep. I observed ants inside, requiring multiple requests for pest control. A Damp smell lingered. the food offered little variety. Some staff members exhibited unprofessional behavior. One RECEPTIONIST lacked compassion. This marred the experience.

The on-site shop was well-stocked, and I found the staff to be amazing. The free beach bus was very convenient for going to and from the beach. I liked that the resort offered many sunbeds (though I did not use them). Kate, the TUI rep, was great (she knew a lot about the area!).

I noticed a need for some maintenance in the apartment. It could use a little care to bring it up to a higher standard.
